Our Mission

“To enforce the law and defend the interests of the United States of America Republic according to the law; to ensure public safety against threats foreign and domestic; to provide National leadership in preventing and controlling crime; to seek just punishment for those guilty of unlawful behavior; and to ensure fair and impartial administration of justice for all Americans.”
The United States of America Republic Department of Justice (DOJ) is a National (not federal) executive department of the U.S. Republic National Government responsible for the enforcement of the law and administration of justice. It is the chief law enforcement body of the National Government and serves as the principal agency for ensuring public safety against foreign and domestic threats, including crime, terrorism, and corruption.
Legal Authority: U.S.R.S. Title 1 – Judiciary and Judicial Procedure
The DOJ comprises multiple bureaus, divisions, and offices, including:
  • National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) – Investigates National crimes, domestic intelligence
  • National Drug Enforcement Administration (NDEA) – Enforces national laws against drug trafficking and abuse
  • National Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) – Regulates and enforces firearms, explosives, arson, alcohol, and tobacco laws
  • United States of America Republic Marshals Service (USRMS) – Handles fugitive operations, witness protection, and court security
  • Civil Division – Handles legal issues on behalf of the U.S.A. National Government
  • Criminal Division – Prosecutes violations of federal criminal law
  • Civil Rights Division – Enforces civil rights laws
  • Antitrust Division – Ensures fair competition in the marketplace
  • Environment and Natural Resources Division (ENRD) – Handles environmental and natural resources litigation
  • Tax Division – Enforces the nation’s tax laws
