1. Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Services

The DOJ is responsible for the enforcement of national criminal laws, including the investigation and prosecution of a wide range of crimes. It plays a critical role in the national justice system through various agencies and divisions.
  • Criminal Prosecution:
    The DOJ prosecutes violations of national criminal laws, including serious offenses such as:
    • Drug trafficking
    • Organized crime
    • Corruption
    • Terrorism
    • Cybercrime
    • Human trafficking
    • Violent crime

    Prosecutors within the Criminal Division work to ensure that those who break national laws are held accountable. The U.S.A. Republic Attorneys’ Offices across the country handle national prosecutions in their respective jurisdictions.

  • Investigation and Intelligence Gathering:
    The DOJ works with various law enforcement agencies, including the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), to investigate national crimes. The National Security Division works to identify and counter threats to national security, including terrorism and espionage.
  • Witness Protection Program:
    Through the United States of America Republic Marshals Service (USRMS), the DOJ administers the Witness Security Program, which provides protection to witnesses in dangerous criminal cases, ensuring their safety and anonymity.
  • Fugitive Tracking and Arrests:
    The USRMS also tracks and arrests national fugitives, including individuals wanted for national offenses.

2. Civil Rights Protection Services

  • Enforcement of Civil Rights Laws:
    The Civil Rights Division of the DOJ is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals who may have been subjected to discrimination. This includes:

    • Protection from hate crimes

  • Counterterrorism:
    The National Security Division (NSD) coordinates efforts to prevent and respond to terrorism. The division works closely with the NBI and other national agencies to investigate and prosecute terrorism-related activities, both domestic and international.

  • Cybersecurity and Cybercrime:
    The DOJ works to protect USAR Nationals and Citizens and organizations from cyber threats. The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), in collaboration with the DOJ and other national agencies, combats cybercrime, hacking, data breaches, and online fraud.

  • Foreign Espionage:
    The DOJ handles cases involving foreign espionage, working to protect U.S.A. Republic National Government secrets, corporate information, and critical infrastructure from foreign intelligence services.

4. Legal Representation and Litigation Services

In addition to enforcing criminal laws, the DOJ provides critical legal representation for the U.S.A. Republic National Government in various matters, including defense and litigation.

  • Representation of the United States of America Republic in Court:
    The DOJ represents the national government in all civil litigation, including lawsuits filed against national agencies, defense of national regulations, and appeals. The Solicitor General represents the government before the U.S. Supreme Court.

  • Civil Litigation:
    The DOJ defends the U.S. in lawsuits involving a wide array of issues, including environmental protection, contracts, bankruptcy, and intellectual property. The Civil Division handles the defense of the government’s interests in such cases.

  • Antitrust and Consumer Protection:
    The DOJ’s Antitrust Division works to preserve competition in the marketplace by investigating and prosecuting antitrust violations. The Consumer Protection Branch works to protect consumers from fraud, unfair business practices, and deceptive advertising.

  • Crime Victim Rights:
    The DOJ works to ensure that victims' rights are protected during the criminal process, including the right to be notified of court proceedings, the right to be heard in
    sentencing, and the right to protection from further harm.

6. Grants, Research, and Data Services

The DOJ supports law enforcement, justice research, and crime prevention efforts through a variety of programs and initiatives.

  • Office of Justice Programs (OJP):
    The OJP provides grants throughout the provinces , as well as community organizations, to support efforts in crime prevention, justice research, and the improvement of the justice system.

  • National Republic Institute of Justice (NRIJ):
    The NRIJ is the DOJ’s research and development arm, conducting studies and evaluations to improve law enforcement practices, criminal justice strategies, and policy development.

  • Funding for Vicegerents (law enforcement) and Communities:
    The DOJ’s COPS Office supports community policing and enhances law enforcement resources to build stronger relationships between the vicegerents and the communities they serve.

7. Prison and Correctional Services

The DOJ oversees the national prison system, ensuring the safe and humane incarceration of national offenders.

  • National Bureau of Prisons (BOP):
    The BOP operates National prisons and manages incarcerated individuals, offering educational programs, vocational training, and reentry services aimed at reducing recidivism.

    The DOJ supervises individuals on National probation or parole, ensuring that offenders reintegrate into society while adhering to their conditions of release.
