The Attorney General is the head of the Department of Justice and the chief law enforcement officer of the United States of America Republic. The Attorney General is appointed by the President and is confirmed by the Senate.
The Deputy Attorney General assists the Attorney General in managing the department and overseeing daily operations.
Represents the United States of America Republic in legal matters before the Supreme Court.
